| Don't know if we will get it as there was another offer made, but we are going to sign the write-up offer and see.
We were of the opinion we could get our buyer's cost in with our USDA loan. Now we are finding out that is not to be and we cannot pull $6,800 out of our pocket.

Our mortgage lender just called and ran it all down for me.
He said we do not want to pay the buyer's closing that needs to be taken care of by the seller. So I guess that helps us. | |
